Where do orders ship from?
All orders from Janikainen ship from Tampere, Finland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping!
Do you do returns or exchanges?
You may cancel your order withing 14 days without a reason, email us as soon as possible about the matter.
In case the order has shipped, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us as soon as possible with title “Return – order number”.
Please be aware you must pay for the return shipping of your order. You will be refunded for the purchase, minus shipping, as the returned order returns.
Leaving an order to return without claiming it, is not a return of goods.

I’ve placed my order! When will it ship?
Janikainen is an independently-owned brand, which means that all orders are packed by the artist herself. I aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, and usually do so once a week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped with economy mail from Finland and therefore have no tracking. This shipping method is cost-efficient, but may take patience at time! You may request priority shipping or tracking if you so wish, but this will come with an added cost.
Please allow at least the estimated time before asking for information about your shipped order.
- Finland: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 14 – 40 business days
- Outside Europe: 30 business days to 12 weeks

My item is damaged, what can be done?
Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped out to their new homes, but it is possible a damaged product could slip past. Please email hello@janikainen.com and let us know why and how the item is damaged. Then let’s see what we can do!
